Refund policy

At **Aravaisu Textiles**, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

#### 1. Return & Exchange Window
- We offer a **7-day return and exchange policy** from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags intact.

#### 2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Please email us at **support@supriyatextile.com** (or your support email) with your **Order ID** and the reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will approve your request and arrange a reverse pickup within 24-48 hours.

#### 3. Reverse Pickup & Charges
- Reverse pickup is available for most pincodes across India.
- In case of a **manufacturing defect or wrong item sent**, return shipping is completely free.
- For returns based on change of mind or personal preference, a nominal return shipping fee of **₹100** will be deducted from the refund.

#### 4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email.
- **Prepaid Orders:** Refund will be processed back to the original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5-7 business days.
- **Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:** Refund will be issued as a Store Credit/Discount Voucher or via UPI transfer to bank details provided by you.
