#### 1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within **1-2 business days**. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.

#### 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- **Standard Shipping:** Free on all orders above **₹999**. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of **₹60** applies.
- **Estimated Delivery Time:**
  - **Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.):** 3 to 5 business days.
  - **Rest of India:** 5 to 7 business days.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or extreme weather.

#### 3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India.
- A nominal COD handling fee of **₹40** may be charged at checkout.

#### 4. Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package in real-time.
